Description Vespa Tour Rome

Visiting Rome is an unforgettable experience. No other city in the world can be compared to the capital of Italy for monuments, works of art and churches.
Visiting Rome means understanding the majesty of a place that 2000 years ago was the beating heart of the entire Mediterranean. A place where civilization was born and where law and literature spread, laying the foundations of Western culture.
Visiting Rome means immersing yourself in a city with an extraordinary number of monumental remains from antiquity in excellent condition. UNESCO has identified 25,000 points of interest in the city center alone in memory of three millennia of history: from ancient monuments such as the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the complex of the Roman Forum and the Imperial Forum to monuments from the Renaissance and Baroque periods such as Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna.
Visiting Rome means discovering incomparable views and romantic panoramas: from the Aventine Hill, where it is possible to enjoy a magnificent view of St. Peter’s Basilica up to the Janiculum, where Rome shows itself in all its beauty.
Rome is a multifaceted city, every year a destination for tourists from all over the world and, often, visiting several places in the same morning is an impossible feat but, with the Grand Tour of Rome, you will explore the Eternal City on a Vespa, giving you an unforgettable experience from a unique perspective.
The Grand Tour of Rome is the most relaxing and surprising way to get to know Rome.
We will take you along the Aurelian Walls, along the Tiber, we will pass through ancient and monumental gates, we will drink from the Roman fountains that still supply the city with the best Italian public water. We will visit the Aventine and its Orange Garden, the Appia Antica, the remains of the ancient Roman aqueducts and the monumental ones of the baths. Like a true Roman, you will savor an excellent espresso or artisanal ice cream in the best bars in the city.
Traveling at a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h, your driver will guide you through the streets of Rome and our guides will introduce you to secrets and tales of the Eternal City.
The tour is available in three options: on a Vespa with a professional driver, riding an automatic Vespa alone or with a passenger behind.
If you are an experienced scooter driver, you can enjoy the tour even by driving for several hours and on busy roads, you can drive yourself. In this case you cannot drink alcohol.
The price remains the same but you are responsible for insurance purposes for any damage to the vehicles (third party insurance). For this reason we will have to make a photocopy of your driving license and take your credit card details to guarantee the Vespa. You can also take a passenger behind you. In this case you are responsible for insurance purposes for any damage to the vehicles (third party insurance), while your passenger is 100% covered. For this reason we will have to make a photocopy of your driving license and take your credit card details to guarantee the Vespa.
